The Skipstone team is comprised of healthcare staffing enthusiasts- young and old, who want to create that ideal combination of culture, community, professionalism, responsiveness and follow-through.

Alan McIver, Skipstone’s founder and CEO, has spent over 20 years growing healthcare staffing companies as founder, co-founder, CEO and President of three of today’s largest therapy staffing companies. He enjoys building teams that are focused on accomplishing great things together, such as winning Ernst and Young's coveted "Entrepreneur of the Year" award in 2004.

 Vera Andrus is the head of Skipstone’s travel division, located in Park City. Over 15 years ago she co-founded a Utah-based travel nurse staffing company. There, she led recruiting and marketing efforts.
